Nebraska boater education
Nebraska currently requires a boater education card from anyone born after December 31, 1985, who operates any motorboat or personal watercraft in Nebraska. You must be at least 14 years of age to operate a motorboat or personal watercraft in Nebraska.
Additionally, many insurance agencies offer a boat insurance discount for all boaters who have taken a boating safety course.
